Harness Sr, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Army Veteran dedicated to helping individuals, families, and especially Service Members navigate life’s emotional and psychological challenges. With 8+ years of clinical experience and training, I provide a safe, empathetic space to navigate trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. My journey into mental health began after my own military service, where I witnessed firsthand how deeply trauma, transition, and stress can affect veterans and their loved ones. I observed similar needs in others without military affiliations as well. These experiences and observations shaped my passion for providing compassionate, effective care to those in need of assistance.
